I’m not leaving…
She is called Clarissa and I’m not leaving until she leaves. In fact we are both going to leave togther and live together. We had better make a plan on how to get out of this prison. Clarissa is smart, she will think of something even if her leg is in a plaster.

Things are getting HOT around here.
The poodle across just made a pass at me. Here I am sharing a cage with the most beautiful creature on earth and an old bag whose breath I can smell from a few yards away is trying to chat me up. And she just doesn’t stop. I’m getting a headache.
If only she knew why I am here, she’d probably shut up.
She’s beautiful
I’ve just fallen in love. An hour ago this gorgeous cutie was placed in my cage. I think her leg is broken as she has a plaster on her front leg. Ordinarily, I wouldn’t allow anyone into my space, but I don’t mind her.
She is still very sleepy and whimpering. Can’t wait until she wakes up. Meanwhile, I’ll just continue staring at her. Funny, I don’t feel hungry anymore…

Its 5 O’clock where’s my dinner?
I’m starving. I didn’t or couldn’t eat yesterday, and all I got for breakfast was a measly biscuit with a bowl of lukewarm water. My stomach’s rumbling. My neighbours are giving me dirty looks. Its not my fault. He didn’t even bring me anything to eat when he cam e to visit me. Wait till I get home.

Another day – NO WAY?
I am feeling very dejected.. The world has crashed around me. I have to spend another day in this “black hole of Calcutta”. It seems that the stitches have not healed properly and I have to spend another sleepless night here. I feel like being in a bar out of Star Wars.
I can’t believe he actually agreed with the doctor. I refuse to eat or drink anymore…

The light was left on
Who said that only humans need it dark to sleep. A light was left on the whole night. I’m sure the other animals felt the same but they were too sedated to notice. I didn’t like my blanket. It was too “used” and smelt aweful like a dishcloth that hasn’t been washed properly for a few weeks.
Ah, morning. Can someone switch off the darn light so I can get some shut-eye in a natural light.

The food sucks and I hate yellow.
The puppy chow had bits of grain in it and the water was served in a plasic bowl. They obviously aren’t keeping up with the times and haven’t heard of the dangers associated with using plastic containers to hold water.
I would have preferred a green bowl instead of the yucky yellow one.
I am definitely not coming back to this place again, insurance or no insurance! To add insult to injury I overheard that I will be spending the night here. That’s scary.

Life without blankets
Imagine bundling me up in a sack cloth after a 20 minute hysterectomy. You would think they would have the decency to use a blanket-even a polyester one if that.
